The hotel has beautiful rooms but can be extremely cold during winter. The service went above and beyond and saved my trip. The location is super central with easy access to the Old Town, although taxis may find it hard to reach. The dining options are varied and special. The facilities are top-notch.

I stayed at this hotel in the heart of the old city, and the experience was quite unique. The rooms had a very odd shape, narrow and long, with a small platform where the mattress was placed. For a small price increase, I upgraded from a superior to a suite room right away, which was worth it.
